[OT] ROM on IRC

This is just a reminder to those newbies out there or others that have 
forgotten us.  There is an IRC channel that supports rom questions and 
throwing around ideas.  The old server merged with a new network, so there 
are many way's to get there.  But if you IRC and like to chat mud code, 
ideas and the like.
