I realize I'm replying to someone else's reply, but I deleted the original
message already.

It really isn't going to make a difference whether or not you have your
ban code using the ip address or their domain name.  You will have to ban
all of them in order to get rid of the one -- this is common since most
ISPs are set up this way.  We had some trouble players from AOL so for a
while we newbie banned AOL.

If you have some legitamate harrassment complains against these people,
you can contact their ISP.
