what would be the permissions on tsch? See, csh is like a "shortcut" if you will for tsch, that's what the "csh->tcsh" means...
We call em "links", so you need to make sure that you have tcsh also setup with the proper permissions... Check that, hopefully it'll help ya get it started. Best of luck.
