Personally I wouldn't waste my time coding this.  I
have told my area builders to not capitalize Random
and Useless words in short descriptions.  The only
capitals I use are either proper nouns or words I want
emphasized.  This way it keeps the "You get a strange
thing" and "You get a Bruce Lee DVD" looking correct. 
The same goes with my mob's short descriptions, so you
don't get something like "Your kick decimates A Dirty
Rat."  Anyways, that's my opinion.
