She's not AFK, nor is the MUD disconnecting her that I can tell.
When running on a different server and code base, the problem still occurs.
The really weird part is's so periodic.

I can see that I get a TCP RSET packet from her IP, but it looks out of
sequence? I don't know if that's normal for an RSET packet or not. Guess I
should have paid attention in school.
I tried to talk her through looking at router logs, but for some reason her
router doesn't have the default username/password. So further investigation
will have to wait until later today.
My current working theory is that her ISP (or an upstream ISP) is doing P2P
filtering or something. AFAIK, a RSET packet shouldn't normally be generated
by any of the things she's doing. But I've been wrong before...
