Curious.
I just hit up mudmagic.com, and download 1stMUD 4.0, and opened
act_comm.c, and the header of the file reads

I checked other files as well. Even the header files that aren't
native to ROM have that. (macro.h, ansi.h, etc) basicly all but
webserver.h, as far as I could tell. rom.credits is in the /doc
directory that contains full credits. The login process includes
credits. However, these could be on older version. Mayhaps mention
which versions lack these, and the creater might fix them up. I don't
think he's out to shaft anyone here ;)
