Ordonanta de urgenta a guvernului nr.571/2003 prin care s-a introdus si cota unica de impozitare, la articolul 84.prin aliniatul 2 aduce o prevedere de bun augur pentru ONG-uri: " Contribuabilii pot dispune asupra destinatiei unei sume reprezentand pana la_ _*_2%_ *din impozitul pe venitul net anual impozabil datorat pentru sponsorizarea entitatilor non-profit care functioneaza in conditiile Ordonantei Guv. nr.26/2000, cu privire la asociatii si fundatiii........" Deci noul guvern a plusat cu 1% ceea ce nu poate decat sa ne bucure.
