Ma intereseaza din perspectiva unui student francez sau german sau..................
Vreau sa inteleg ce costuri sunt pentru un francez sau italian sau belgian ca sa si faca studiile la stat.

A fost un mare scandal cand s-a introdus aceasta taxa, undeva prin
