nu exista un sistem unic de admitere in inv sup in ue. din cate stiu, doar in franta inv superior e gratuit (se platesc doar niste taxe de inscriere si asigurarea medicala, vreo 400 de euro cu totul). bursele pentru studenti straini sunt (aproape) inexistente, in afara burselor oferite de guvernul tarilor respective (prin ambasade, inst culturale etc) si de guvernul romaniei. dar exista diferite programe de burse prin onbss (www.burse.edu.ro, daca nu ma insel) si burse private.
