Job opportunity - The Delegation of the European Commission in Romania seeks evaluators Phare Small Projects Programme-Europa FundDescription:Selected candidates will be registered in a database which will be used by the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania for setting up Evaluation Committees for the projects submitted for this programme in 2005-2006.
Minimal requirements: - very good knowledge of European issues - knowledge/expertise within public communication area - Romanian native speaker, good knowledge of English - expertise in European information projects (as evaluator and/or applicant) - analytical spirit Each candidate should demonstrate that he/she has been at least once in one of the following positions: - applicant for European financing - coordinator of European projects successfully implemented - evaluator of projects with external financing (preferably European Union financing) Knowledge about European Union grant procedures (PRAG manual) represents an advantage! Knowledge about PCM (Project Cycle Management) represents an advantage!
