NU are ce "efect nociv" sa aiba! asa cum au dus materialele acolo (cu elicopterul Armatei, alta "institutie" care habar n-am de ce se bucura de increderea multor romani, desi o gramada se sinucid cand ajung "inside") pot foarte bine sa le si duca inapoi, TOT cu elicopterele armatei!!! Sau, in cel mai rau caz, sunt o GRAMADA de iubitori de munte care le-ar cara jos bucurosi! Oricum, in Lege se spune ca "terenul trebuie readus la starea initiala" chair de cel care a adus prejudiciul! Dar cum spuneati: nesimtirea-i mare!!!
