Hi, My name is Serkut and I am a Teacher of English in Agrı (a city in the north-east region) in Turkey. My students are between the age of 14-18. Our city is small but we have really interesting touristic places... Let me list them 1- Mount Agri the heights of Turkey and also the fifth in the world about 5800 mt. 2- Noah's Ark (the ruins of it) 3- Ishakpasha Palace (the first heating system in the world and also the first drainage system founded here) 4- Meteor Hole (the second largest in the world after the first in Atalanta, USA) 5- Ice Cave (in Mount Agri) 6- And also some little and interesting other places... About my idea... The name is Nations' Organization As a House (Pay Attention on the capitals) As you know, Noah gathered one species from all the animals and got them to the ship...After the big flood when the water was getting lost they settled to a place on the Mount Ararat that I will send the pictures of it... This idea is about gathering pupils as Noah, and also that place is a very religious place for Christians, as far as I know... My students are all Muslim and this means gathering religions...And also it has cultural development, and so...Our project also aims for "Re-discovering and understanding the Europe", etc. So please think of it, and let me know quickly... We are now the co-ordinator of this project and this is a work for 3 years. We are in the first year of the project. We are together with Lithuania, Greece, and Bulgaria is applying with us for the new year and maybe you. Maybe you will have some other friends from EU countries…If so, please let them contact with us.
