Further to its dynamic expansion on the Romanian market, Roughton International is looking for a Tendering Assistant (entry level) in its Bucharest Office, responsible with the following main tasks:
• Assist in drafting EoIs; • Support in the experts selection process; • Update and maintain database of expert CVs; • Maintain files and correspondence; • Assist in drafting of consulting engineering tenders; • Assist in other tasks, as required Requirements: The candidate should have: • University Degree; • Strong proficiency in English (speaking and writing); • At least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment; • Communication skills; • Excellent computer skills (MS Office 2000, XP Professional – Word, Excel, Power Point, IE, Outlook, Access); • Good reporting & writing skills; • Fast typing ability; • Capacity to work independently and under time pressure.
