My client is a very successful property fund acquiring several malls and needs a Retail Manager who will interact with tenants, negotiate leases, re-design Mall layout, interact with the center management. The position is competitively paid and the bonus arrangement is likely to be very lucrative. This is a flexible smart company led by a talented CEO which is going places. The Retail Manager will be responsible for • Planning, organizing and supervising the leasing activity • Drawing up contracts, preparing closing statements, overseeing signing of real estate documents and coordinating closing lease agreements
