Cand am mentionat fees-uri legate de PERM vroiam sa ma refer la toate cheltuielile implicate in "recruitment effort" (postare, avocati, etc..). Acestea trebuiesc acum suportate neaparat de angajator (si nu de beneficiarul petitiei).
