Hmm, it looks like you're right.  The dates and times are translated, 
which means that strftime() is picking up the locale, but the strings are 
not translated, so perhaps it isn't picking up the message catalogs.  
   
 Uncensored is running webcit_before_automake so I'll run some quick tests 
there...
