Yes, that needs to be done once.

Well, you're aware that the prefix settings only apply to plain text E-Mails
and not HTML?

If you and your colleagues at work deem the default Outlook E-Mail format
settings alright, this change shouldn't be a problem for you. Outlook by
default only sends HTML E-Mails as well :-)
