I usually get the effect you want in a slightly different way....
a) I have
Oasis::Model::Asset::Object::Helpers
b) but I might also have
Oasis::Model::Asset::Object::Helpers_SpecifcNameHere
c) when i need a function in a rose object, i just stuff
Oasis::Model::Asset::Object::Helpers into the ISA
its not as fancy as using export or other proper perl idioms, but it
gets the job done every time.
