Hi Maarten;
We have 3 licenses and 10 software engineers on this on project. At any
given time one person may be generating code(using a license) and another
might be adding implementation(not using a license), and while still another
is testing(not using a license). Could also try working in shifts this
could potentially make your license to developer ratio 1:9.

Visual Modeler can be but what Colin said below is correct about
missing
features, only use Visual Modeler if you are not use Use Case View.
I still

There may well be workarounds (if there are, someone please advise)
but
Visual Modeller does not have many of the features Rose offers (e.g.

Case, Sequence Diagrams etc) - consequently the mdl file used by
Rose
cannot
be opened by Visual Modeller.
