I am using RUP and the Rational Suite for our project. At first we were
using a project directory structure (for artifacts) based on the
artifact sets in RUP (Business Modeling, Requirements, Analysis and
Design, etc.). We converted to the directory structure recommended by
RUP called the "Product Directory Structure".
It seems to be missing some important directories such as Business
Modeling artifacts, Review Record artifacts and the overall Rose Model
(.mdl file). We decided to extend the directory structure to include
these.
I was wondering if anyone has had experience using the "Product
Directory Structure" and if they found it better than another directory
layout? Is there any other documentation on this? What directories
should the project Rose Model go in?
