Hi,

Just a thought: Could it be that the class with the VC-tab is assigned to a component of which language is set to 'VC+', and the class with the MSVC-tab is assigned to a component of which language is set to 'C++' of some reason ?

This could happen if you import/reverse engineer a CPP-file directly instead of using the Visual Studio-wizard to update the model.....

Subject: (ROSE) Imported a MFc project into Rose

Hello,

After importing a project from MFC into rose I now notice that my classes appear to differ.

Sometimes when I open the specification for a class from my MFC project a 'VC' tab will appear and not a tab labeled 'MSVC'

Other times when I open the specification for a class from the same MFC project, a 'MSVC' tab appears, but not the 'VC' tab.

Why is there a difference and what is the meaning behind this?

David
