It really depends on what you want to verify. For example, if you do not
have a formal specification it is not possible to verify that the designs
are consistent or complete. You might want to verify that a use case is
completely satisfied by each sequence diagram that models its
implementation, also. The subject of Design Verification is enormous, so the
question you need to ask is "what are our goals, here? What are we hoping to
prove with a review?" You can look at the models all day and achieve nothing
without clear design goals!

I SK Maruvada is a scientist in a Defense organization. sir, now we are
given one compelx communication project's design for design
verification(Design Review). The design consists of various model files.
These files consists of all the diagrams like
usecase,statechart,class,collaboration etc,,
Now my question is what are the guidelines for design
verification/validation. how one can proceed with these diagrams.. can you
suggest any procedures how one can go through and verify the design.
