John McGregor, a CS professor at Clemson U. and software consultant, writes
the Testing and Quality column for JOOP. Several of his columns have
addressed what he calls Guided Inspections as a way to validate and verify
models. The columns are on-line at
http://www.cs.clemson.edu/~johnmc/columns.html. I know he's writing a book
on object-oriented testing that includes additional material, but I don't

I SK Maruvada is a scientist in a Defense organization. sir, now we
are given one compelx communication project's design for design
verification(Design Review). The design consists of various model files.
These files consists of all the diagrams like
usecase,statechart,class,collaboration etc,,
Now my question is what are the guidelines for design
verification/validation. how one can proceed with these diagrams.. can you
suggest any procedures how one can go through and verify the design.
