Guys,
I have downloaded
the JDK 1.3 model from Rational site and have created a framework. The trouble
is that just to load the framework, rose takes approx 5 mins and consumes about
224MB memory ( a line on the task manager shows mem useage as 224,284K).
This is on a P-III 550 MHz with 320 MB RAM.
The question is
whether or not this can be lessened and if so how.
On a related note,
can I create a framework by merging jdk1.3 and j2ee models? Could any one guide
me on this?
