There are a couple of ways you can do this:

1.   You can just copy and paste the contents of the diagram into a graphics 
application and
then save the image in the graphics application as a .gif file.   To do this you need 
to
open the diagram, do a Edit|Select All followed by an Edit|Copy and then paste the 
contents
into an application like Photoshop or Photopaint to save it as a .gif file.

2.   The second alternative is to use a utility called Rose Graph.   Rose Graph is a 
tool
that is written by a colleague of mine and can be downloaded for free at:
http://www.rationalrose.com/addins/rosegraph.htm
Using this application you can save any diagram in your model to most of the commonly 
used
graphic formats including .gif.
