Problem apparently has nothing to do with sequence diagrams. I skipped
step #2 below and still was able to reproduce the problem. Problem is
with Web stereotypes not saving correctly.
Just tried this with patch 1 version of 2001 and could not reproduce,
so this looks like it also fixed (however this is not listed in the
patch 1 readme as a fixed defect. Some other fixes do occassionally
slip in).
