Imogen,
Try editing the Rose model file if nothing else works.
2.5 years ago I also had some problems with the VSS addin of Rose when I had
moved the model files in the file system.
The only remedy then was to use e.g. Notepad to edit the model file.
The current VSS addin might have been improved of course.
Make sure that when you are going to patch the model, you will take a back
up of all model files involved.
