Which of the two C++ addins are you using? Rose C++ or the new ANSI C++
addin?
If you're using the Rose C++ (analyzer), you can find information in the
following technotes:

http://www.rational.com/technotes/rose_html/Rose_C++_html/technote_3738.html
Please note that the analyzer does not know any of the standard includes
directories
that your compiler might be aware of. You'll have to specify this
information
in the analyzer project as described in the above technotes.

(It applies to Unix as well).
