I would have thought a Collaboration diagram shows messages as against an
Object diagram, which
is supposed to show links.
Yes, I can drop the messages in a Collaboration diagram, but I still can't
show links.
I have tried to draw a class in a class diagram, and give it a stereotype
of "instantiated class".
I was hoping that going by the defintion of an object 'as an instance fo a
class', an 'instantiated class'
would be treated by ROSE as an Object. Perhaps it does, but I can't figure
that out.
I still tend to agree with Raul that objects are not comfortably shown in
ROSE.. please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi,
In the UML definition, a Collaboration diagram IS an object diagram with an
interaction laid over the top.
So to do an object diagram in Rose, just use a Collaboration diagram and
leave off the messages and you will be UML compliant.
