Hi!
There is another VC++ Instance
in background. Have a look to your TaskManager. May be there
is
a second VC++ that was
previously started by Rose via DDE. Under some cicumstances, e.g. Rose
crash,
Rose will not properly
terminate this instance. On restart of Rose it will reject the new instance
creation
during reverse-engineering.
Just terminate this background instance. This solved the problem for
me.
