So last I heard is fix for this problem will be
released at end of March. Now that it's May already, does anyone know where I
can obtain the fix for this bug?

setup correctly, looking thru our database of support cases and defects,
this problem "Model File not found" is listed as being the same defect
as defect 22326 - Web Publisher from the command prompt gives
Unsupported Operation This defect has been marked as fixed. It now
should be just a question of time as to when this fix will be
available. Last I heard, plan is currently by the end of this
