(ROSE) Rose properties/defaults/settings

Greetings!
  Does anyone know of a way or which files that need to be set so that when
a new model is created that it has all of the defaults set ahead of time. We
are wanting to change these on the install image so that we can have these
defaults set when the user logs onto the machine. The actual things that we
are trying to default are: 
  CURDIR = &
  the default look of the model including but not limited to font size and
color and the fill of the images
  the property sets that we have developed for the project
  the add-in's that are loaded as default i.e. ClearCase instead of version
control
  and any others that may be floating around that I haven't put down here
