Just my point, you cannot control the "real" model-enteties, only the
"placeholders" as you pointed out (yes, I have read both the Controlled Unit
help, and the "Using Rose in a Multiuser environment"-book)
So if it's "..easier to checkout a class, or idividual diagram..", why is
this not "..the usage model we have to contend with" ? It should be, in my
opinion.
Anyway, it looks lie Rational has no plans for any changes regarding this
issue (my experience from a mail-thread with Rational this winter), so I
gues we just have to find ways to live with it :-)
