I am currently looking at Rolling out Rational Rose & RUP to a development
environment of about 20-30 users (Analyst, Designers etc). No previous Usage
of any UML tool/Process prior to this.
Has any one recently undertaken such a task and if so what documentation did
you give your Project Board as a Justification for this implementation
(Feasibility Report, Training Need Analysis etc).
