Check pout the omg's website, use rational's pr hype and stick to your guns on the
training!
I've been throught this at least 3 times already and the only time that it ever worked
without MAJOR nightmares and
manager's coming back and saying stupid things like
"we should have just done it the old WAY" is when I was able to get a commitment
beforehand to pay for training.
Wihtout adequate tool and UML/OO training your are screwed!
