The problem if you dont load all the units is if one
person delete any use case or actor then the other
packages will mark as broken link and we wanna update
the whole modle so my suggestion is whenever someone
needs to delete any artifact from the entire model
always check out from the version control and load all
the Units and then DELETE.

well first time I didnt answer in detail because I
thought who is asking has enough knowledge to
understand but turn out that some folks want to see
the complete way of doing that so folks I am at work
and sometimes its hard to write all the steps but 
next time I will be careful....

Thanks for other folks who replied.  I hope the person
