Title: Howto print big Sequence Diagram
I agree with the remarks made in reply.

To add to the suggestions and to make things more practical (maybe an open door for you guys but anyway ;-) ) :

Splitting up a large sequence diagram in multiple diagrams is facilitated in Rose by the capability to hyper link sheets. Just drop a UML note on a diagram and attach that note to a message in a sequence diagram. Create another sequence diagram with the details regarding the operation that you connected the note to. Drag and drop this new sheet from the Rose model browser on top of this UML note.

Double clicking this note will open up the new sheet and will reveal the detail. You can thus create a sheet hierachy. Divide and conquer ;-)

You can go back to the initial sheet (with the UML note on it) by clicking on the back arrow (the blue one in the top middle section of the Rose menu speed button bar.

Happy modelling !

At the print dialog box, there is a layout tab.  Click on the tab and choose Fit to page option.  That should do the trick to fit the diagram to a single page.  Otherwise, choosing the default print option, there should handles printed that you can use to paste several pages into a single large diagram.

However, personally, I don't like large sequence diagrams.  For one, the problem of printing - and printing to serveral pages only results in nice wallpapers but serves little or no functional value.  For another, large sequence diagrams also means more mental capacity to understand what is being achieve.

My preference for a complex scenario is to break it down to multiple sequence diagrams  that fits nicely to an A4 or Letter size paper.  This, I find, helps tremendously in readability of your design specifications...and also easier for you later to maintain the design specifications as well.  But, this is just my suggestion.
