The script already exists in the base product.

Try Query.Expand Selected Elements.

There are other goodies under the Query menu, too.


Just one word of warning:
    When you have the same associations appear in several diagrams, it is
not always easy to manage them. If you have already checked out the package
that owns the association, you might be able to alter it unintentionally in
a diagram that belongs to another package. You also end up with situations
where the association does not appear in its own package's diagrams, but it
appears in other packages' diagrams.
    Yes, diagrams are supposed to be only views of your model, but the way
the units are managed in Rose, this is not quite true.
    In previous large projects, we went as far as limiting associations to a
single diagram in the model. This isn't actually as bad as it sounds,
because in general, the fewer places you need to see your associations, the
better you are managing your dependencies.
