Basically we are using Rational tool set on one project and now inside the same agency we are going to start anther project but the manager wants to use Visio and some other tools. We don't have enough knowledge to convince him even though whole team thinks that we should use same tool company wide...any suggestion or comment in this regard will help us to decide the future of the company.
