There is the Model Integrator feature in Rose that 
provides a DIFF-like facility. Not sure if it only 
comes in specific Rose versions, however. I only have 
Rose Enterprise so I would see all options. this can be 
run as a standalone program. While not perfect, it does 
provide a differencing facility.
