What you have described is exactly what I am about to embark on - I wish to add "Pre-conditions" and "Alternate Flow" properties (among others) to the use case stereotype so that I can extract EVERYTHING from Rose using SoDA and cutting down on repeated information by only maintaining use cases in the one location. Unfortunately I cannot help you as I haven't actually reached the point that you have! I was wondering though if you would be able to tell me which documentation you used to assist you in customising your properties? I am using the Rose Extensibility User's Guide, but I'm not finding it overly helpful.
