I am not certain what you are trying to achieve. I am not sure what the feature for windows allows one to specific who web published a model. Do you have something in mind?
With my experience with the Web Publisher addin it is pretty much a point and click addin. One sets up the options on the Web Publisher dialog and it iterates through the model publishing the items in the model. Do you have anything in specific that you are having trouble with in this addin?
