Thanks, tThis clears things up. At present there is no batch webpublisher for Unix.
The only way to Web Publish will be through the Graphical interface. The way to know who web published the Model would be to check the unix permissions of the Web Published model. The user that ran the Web Publisher will be the owner of those files.
