Hi Francois,

Thank-you very much for your help.  I have now fixed the problem.  Somehow
the defaultstereotypes.ini file was changed/corrupted - it didn't look
anything like your example or the file straight of the CD.  I replaced it
with a copy of the file straight from the CD and it now works!
