There are two ways to do this: 1. After you have finished drawing the use cases in the Use-Case view, you draw another use case diagram(or class diagram) in the Logical View. Here you drag the use cases from the use case view & draw their corresponding usecase-realizations. You draw all the sequence & collaboration diagrams under the use case realization in the logical view.You can now select any use case in this diagram & right click on it & select " select in browser" so this way you know where the use case is in the use case view. We usually call this the traceabilities diagrams. This diagram acts as an index between the use case view & the logical view. This is the approach tht is proposed in the Rational training also. 2. This approach is an easier one but some might say not a elegant one. You can create notes in the Use case view & drag & drop the sequence diagram in it.
