I don't know if there's a better way to do it, but this one should work (at least it did for us). You have to change the value of the registry key \HKLM\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider to one of the values enumerated under \HKLM\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider\InstalledSCCProviders. This is the default source code control provider for the system, and is the one VB uses for SCC. It looks like the last software package you install overwrites this value. Hope this helps.
