Have you tried the "good old" registry-editing ? Using your regedit, check the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider. I bet it is set to Clear Case. If you look at the sub-key of the above (i.e. key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider\InstalledSCCProviders) you will find a list of all installed source control-applications on your machin.
