Hi,
If you want to drag and drop a .class file into Rose, it needs to be done
on a class diagram.
Else as Richard said you can use the reverse engineer dialog box and
change the extension filter to .class.

Use the menu item "Tools :: Java/J2EE :: Reverse Engineer..."
