Hi there, I am new to RUP and Rational tools. My company has recently purchased the Rational Suite Enterprise and has decided to use RUP and Rational tools (mainly RequisitePro and Rose) in a pilot web project. My company is hoping that through this pilot project, we can start setting up standards on how to use Rational tools. Can anyone suggest what kind of guidelines my company should consider to establish in the analysis & design discipline and especially in terms of using Rational Rose?
