Interesting stuff about Natalie West. I do remember hearing of an interview where she suggested Roseanne could be difficult to work with. But I think the reason she faded out of the show was because she wanted to focus on her family, I think the actress really was pregnant the second time the character was on the show (it was a bit of an odd storyline to have her become pregnant twice within a year and then just to pretty much disappear altogether...).
